When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Transit takes an estimated 7–15 business days, for approximately 7–17 business days from order to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. See our Shipping Policy for delays and cancellation options.
Where does Elrak ship?
We ship to all 50 US states only. Most orders can go to a home, workplace or PO box; larger checked luggage requires a street address. We do not currently ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I return a bag?
You can request a return within 90 calendar days of delivery. The bag must be unused outside the home, complete with its accessories and free from transit wear or damage. Contact Elrak before sending it so we can provide the correct return address. For a change of mind, you pay tracked return postage; Elrak pays when the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for all conditions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, inner packing and outer carton with the shipping label visible. We cover return postage for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item and arrange a free replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email the carrier and tracking number. The first scan may take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking stalls or the delivery window passes, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
Will this bag meet my airline's carry-on limits?
Airline size and weight allowances vary and can change. Check the dimensions shown on the product page against your airline's current rules before you travel. A description such as cabin-sized does not guarantee acceptance at the gate.
