2. Acceptance

This notice governs access to and use of elrakus.com, referred to below as the Site. Using the Site means accepting it as written. If you do not accept it, please stop using the Site.

Purchases are governed additionally by the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything composing the Site — text, product photography, graphics, logos, icons, page layout, and underlying code — belongs to Elrak or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected under United States copyright and trademark law.

You may view the Site and print pages for private, non-commercial use. Beyond that, republishing, systematic copying, automated scraping, framing our content inside another site, or adapting it commercially all require our written permission first.

Manufacturer and brand names appearing on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners, used to identify the products we sell. Their presence implies no partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. Prohibited:

- using the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- introducing viruses, malicious code, or anything intended to disrupt it
- attempting to access systems, accounts, or data you have no right to access
- interfering with the Site's operation, including automated request flooding
- impersonating Elrak, its owner, or another customer

Access may be restricted or withdrawn where any of the above occurs.

5. Accuracy of Content

Products are described as carefully as we can manage, working from manufacturer specifications. Even so, specifications change, typographical errors happen, and no screen renders leather, canvas, or coated nylon exactly as daylight does. Nothing on the Site warrants that a particular bag will suit a particular journey.

Where a bag is described as cabin-sized, that reflects dimensions commonly accepted by major US carriers at the time of writing. Airlines revise their allowances without notice and enforce them inconsistently between gates. Check your own airline's current limits before travelling; nothing published here is a guarantee that a bag will be accepted as carry-on.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elrak is not responsible for loss or damage arising from use of the Site, for interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, or for the content of third-party sites reached through links published here.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in this section limits any right you hold under mandatory consumer protection law, nor our liability for personal injury caused by a defective product.

7. External Links

The Site may link to pages run by others, including manufacturers and carriers. We neither control nor take responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or security. A link is a convenience rather than an endorsement, and once you follow it their terms apply instead of ours.

8. Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from it belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Virginia, except where consumer protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in your own state of residence.
