What Happens Next

We review every request within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US public holidays) and reply by email with a decision. Where a return is approved, that email carries the address to ship to. Please wait for it before sending anything, since a parcel arriving unannounced cannot be matched to an order.

Ninety Days to Decide
Elrak accepts returns for 90 days from the day your order arrives. A bag needs to be packed, lifted loaded, and carried before you really know, and ninety days gives you room to find out. Items should come back unused outside the home and complete, with every strap, rain cover, tag, and dust bag included.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
If your bag arrived damaged, or a zip, seam, or strap anchor failed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos of the item, the inner packing, and the outer carton with its shipping label. Elrak covers the return postage in full in these cases.
